We confirm your address and water source (city water vs. private well), ask what's prompting the inquiry (taste, smell, hardness, replacing a failing system, new home), and schedule a free in-home consultation. There's no high-pressure phone sales — the only goal of this call is to get the right specialist to your house.
Step 2: Free In-Home Water Test (45–60 minutes)
A licensed installer visits your home with a test kit. We measure hardness, chlorine, pH, total dissolved solids, iron and (where relevant) coliform indicators. We also walk through your plumbing, water heater age and any specific concerns. Results are explained on the spot — no "we'll send the report later." If we recommend lab testing for arsenic, PFOA/PFAS or other regulated contaminants, you get the lab quote separately.
Step 3: Written Quote (Same Visit or Within 24 Hours)
You receive a printed or emailed quote with: itemized equipment, install labor, taxes, financing options if requested, and a 30-day price-validity window. There is no obligation to decide on the spot. Most customers take 24–72 hours to compare options. If you'd like a second-opinion quote, we'll cheerfully refer you to two other reputable installers in the area.
Step 4: Installation
Once approved, most installs are scheduled within 1–2 weeks. The standard install runs 4–8 hours and is completed in a single day. We arrive in marked vehicles, in uniform, with floor protection. Before we leave, the system is tested, your warranty is registered with the manufacturer, and you receive a maintenance schedule.
