Why We Only Install American-Made Systems

Water Guys exclusively installs systems from Puronics and Water Right. Both brands are family-owned, build their tanks and control valves in the United States, and back their products with multi-decade warranties. That matters because a water treatment system is a 15–20 year investment in your home — one bad valve or unavailable replacement membrane can take a system out of service for weeks. American-made means parts on a truck, not parts on a container ship.

PNW-Specific Water Expertise

Eastern Washington and North Idaho have their own distinct water challenges. Spokane and Coeur d'Alene draw from the Spokane Valley–Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer, which typically tests at 7–10 grains per gallon of hardness — hard enough to dramatically shorten the life of a water heater if left unaddressed. North Idaho well owners deal with iron, manganese, and seasonally variable arsenic. We've designed and installed systems for every one of these conditions.

Water Guys holds active General Contractor licenses in both Washington and Idaho, is a licensed Idaho Plumbing Contractor (#1481139), is a Water Quality Association (WQA) member, and carries general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, plus state contractor bonds in Washington and Idaho. What to Expect From Us

Every project starts with a free in-home water test — we measure hardness, chlorine, pH, total dissolved solids, and iron, and review your fixtures and plumbing. We then put a written, itemized quote in your hand. There is never any pressure, and our quotes are valid for 30 days. If you move forward, the typical install is completed in a single day, and your system is registered for warranty before we leave the house. After install, our Maintenance Prevention plan keeps filters fresh and warranties intact for the long haul.
