Service Terms and Conditions
1. Appointments and Scheduling
- • All service appointments must be scheduled in advance
- • We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
- • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- • Emergency services are available 24/7 at premium rates
2. Pricing and Payment
- • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- • Prices are subject to change without notice
- • Payment is due upon completion of services unless financing is arranged
- • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit cards
- • Late payments may accrue interest at the rate permitted by law
3. Warranties
- • All products carry manufacturer warranties as specified
- • Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year
- • Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period
- • Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
4. Customer Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate information about your water systems and property
- • Ensure access to work areas and utilities during service
- • Maintain installed systems according to manufacturer guidelines
- • Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns with services provided
- • Follow all safety recommendations and usage instructions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Water Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits or revenue
- • Loss of data or information
- • Property damage beyond the scope of our services
- • Business interruption
- • Personal injury (except as caused by our negligence)
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Water Guys and our employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Modifications made to installed systems without our authorization
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Water Guys and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS/text messaging program.
Program Description
When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages from Water Guys including:
- • Appointment confirmations and reminders
- • Service updates and follow-up messages
- • Promotional offers and seasonal specials
- • Water quality alerts and maintenance reminders
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (509) 286-1223 or reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, you will receive one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
We also accept the following opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or any other reasonable opt-out request.

Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We and wireless carriers are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of messages or for any errors in the content of messages.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, and other major carriers.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally through good faith negotiations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
